Please read carefully before coming in for your appointment:

• *IMPORTANT UPDATE*  Our front door will remain locked at all times and you are required to wait in your car or outside until your stylist is ready for you. Please text 518 755 5778 that you have arrived and your stylist will let you know when it is your time to come in. At that point, please come to the front door and we will unlock the door for you. 

• If you feel sick and/or have a cough, fever, or been exposed to someone with COVID-19, we ask that you please stay home. Please call 518 755 5778 at least 48 hrs prior to your appointment and we will reschedule you (cancellation fee will be waived).

• Same day cancellations, “No shows”, and all other cancellations less than 48 hours prior to your appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee. Call or Texts are the only way to successfully cancel.

• Masks and/or face coverings are now left to your comfort level. We recommend wearing a disposable face mask if you are getting a color service, if you so choose.

• Venmo or cash is preferred payment. A processing fee on all credit card transactions will apply.

A credit card must be put on file to reserve an appointment.

If you need to reschedule,

a call or text must be received 48 hours prior otherwise,

a cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.
